Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unused Ion8 bottles in their original boxes, ensuring all protective seals and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
